INTL FC Stone is a Fortune 500 financial services company providing financial products and tools to thousands of companies. In 2016 they hired TradingSoft to create a client-facing interface for two of their key services – trade execution and price streaming – that could be accessed over the internet. INTL FC Stone needed the interface to meet the ultra-high speeds and reliability that their customers demanded.
TradingSoft developed the custom order processing gateway ahead of schedule and under budget. The gateway service exposed RESTful SOAP APIs over secure HTTPS connections to allow clients to execute their trades securely and intuitively. The carefully architected solution achieved minimal latency by combining highly-efficient hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
The service now converts thousands of inbound requests into the Financial Information eXchange (FIX) protocol, integrating seamlessly with INTL FC Stone’s existing infrastructure, on a daily basis.
